Transparent moulded glass lampshade from the 1970s. Its spherical shape subtly evokes a stylised pine cone. The surface is entirely covered with a geometric relief made up of diamonds and facets that capture light from all angles. When off, the glass retains a beautiful sculptural presence. When lit, it produces a soft diffusion punctuated by reflections and glimmers. Made from pressed moulded glass, characteristic of many European light fixtures from the second half of the 20th century. It can be used as a pendant above a bedside table, in an entrance, a reading nook, or a kitchen. Installed in pairs above a counter or mounted in series at different heights, it creates a particularly graphic lighting arrangement. Its opening also allows for transformation into a floor lamp or artisan base lamp. Supplied with a metallic E27 socket and wire clamp. Very good overall condition. No chips or cracks observed. Dimensions: Height of the glass: 12.5 cm Maximum diameter: 13 cm Opening diameter: 8 cm Price: €49.
