French antique brass traditional empire eagle head single wall light. The decorative oval backplate showcases refined classical styling. Extending from the backplate, a gracefully curved cup-style arm is adorned with a finely detailed eagle's head. The arm is positioned at an angle and tilts slightly backward, adding depth and character to the design. It leads to a round candle drip holder, which supports a traditional card candle drip sleeve. The sleeve exhibits age-related wear, enhancing the fixture's authentic antique charm.the light is working and wired with french twin core wiring and take 1 small screw type e14 bulbs. The brass has lovely aged patina and marks associated with age. It has been cleaned but not polished so you can decide on the finish. A discreet hanging bar on the back allows for easy attachment to the wall after wiring, although wall fittings are not included. The card drip has age related wear especially around the top.
