A Danish master chest of drawers from the second half of the 19th century, combining the functions of a weekly drawer and a bar cabinet. The façade is distinguished by the graphic beauty of its polished pyramidal mahogany veneer. The two bar doors feature slight sinuous curves typical of fine Nordic cabinetry. The piece is topped with a moulded cornice with triple ogee and rests on robust sculpted front feet. The object has undergone a complete and rigorous restoration in cabinetmaking. The structure is perfectly sound, rigid, and stable. The drawers and doors are ideally fitted and operate smoothly. The original locks have been serviced and are functional. Not used after refurbishment, in optimal condition, ready for immediate installation.
