Astral glass library in Gothic Revival style, early Victorian.

We are delighted to offer for sale this charming antique Victorian-style mahogany bookcase from around 1840, featuring Gothic revival astral glazing with pointed arch doors. The glass panels are likely original water glass with a wavy effect. The bookcase has been cleaned, waxed, and polished. The locks have been removed. It shows normal signs of wear and patina due to age.
