Art Deco Sideboard – Walnut, burr veneer and marble – Circa 1930

I am offering for sale this magnificent Art Deco sideboard that belonged to my grandparents. Dating from approximately 1925-1935, it is made of a solid wood structure, dressed in a superb burl veneer with remarkable symmetrical grain. The piece features: • three original marble tops (central top thickness 2.5 cm, side tops 1.5 cm), all in perfect condition, with no breaks. • beautiful decorative carvings typical of the Art Deco period. • original fittings. • a central display case with a glass shelf. • two large mirrors. • two dovetail drawers. • ample storage space. The piece is complete, sound, and very clean. No play in the structure. The veneers are in very good condition. Dimensions: Width: 168 cm. Height: 200 cm. Depth: 50 cm. Estimated weight: around 150 kg. The piece can be disassembled into two parts (lower and upper sections), making it easier to transport in a van or trailer. I can assist with loading.
