The carafe and its cap are in perfect condition, no accidents, no cracks or chips. The carafe is slender, triangular in shape with three sides, and has a long thin neck decorated with a ring. This piece was mouth-blown using an artisanal technique and as a result, it is irregular. The seeded glass catches the light beautifully and has a soft, delicate texture. Biot bubbled glass has existed since 1956, when éloi monod adopted the so-called "malfin" technique, which consists of transforming a defect into quality: intentionally imprisoned, the bubble becomes an aesthetic asset. Biot's glassmakers then succeeded in sublimating the bubbled glass: by controlling the bubble, and by imprisoning it between two layers of glass, with a smooth feel. Between tradition and creation, each biot glassware is unique, because it is mouth-blown by master glassmakers. Depending on the season, the products come in all colors: golden yellow, sand rose, lime, amethyst, persian blue, etc. So many pastel and sparkling colors at the same time. Here, a very beautiful dark honey, close to the color of amber. The carafe is stable, it has a very thick bottom. It has retained its original cap, and has a capacity of 1 liter. Traditional french artisanal manufacturing of high quality from the south of france from the 60s.
