Here is jacques pouchain (1925-2015) a covered pot of cylindrical shape in enamelled ceramic with abstract decoration. Signed below "atelier dieulefit".period: around 1950-1960. Dimensions: height: 20 cm, diameter: 11 cm. Weight: 0.800 kg, parcel: 1.6 kg approx. Other pieces of this ceramist are listed. Set in perfect condition, as in the photos, no crack or restoration. Jacques pouchain (1925-2015) studied architecture in paris. In 1951, he moved to the drôme in poet laval where he began as a model ceramist at the coursange earthenware factory. In 1959, he created his own workshop in dieulefit. He exhibits in many salons, galleries and museums.
