Hexagonal coffee table by Claude Berraldacci, composed of two stacked tops with 3 solid striated sides and 3 open sides. This table comes directly from the creator Claude Berraldacci's workshop, where it was designed in the 1990s. This very rare model was made in fewer than 5 copies. The brand was called "la Pierre haute couture." The stone is the purest available travertine, sourced from the Tivoli quarry near Rome, from which the buildings of the Vatican, the Colosseum, and the Trevi Fountain are extracted. The travertine from this region is very pure, with few veins and a very light colour. The stone is worked with Berraldacci's great craftsmanship, resulting in a "softened travertine": natural and matte appearance, soft to the touch. It is stain-resistant. His work enhances the timeless dimension of his pieces, which harmonise with all styles of decoration (a phrase often clichéd but true for travertine). Free delivery in Paris and nearby suburbs.
