Bertoia side chair in black

Lovely original bertoia side chair designed by harry bertoia for knoll in the 1950s. As knoll say: "innovative, comfortable and strikingly handsome, harry bertoia's side chair's delicate filigree appearance bellies its strength and durability". As bertoia said: "if you look at these chairs, they are mainly made of air, like sculpture. Space passes right through them." Brilliant. Welded steel with rods of black powder coated chrome. Original black suede seat.  In good vintage condition. Approximate dimensions: 76cm h x 54cm w X 54cm d. The chair will be sent disassembled for safety.
