Large antique planter De Bruyne Frères 1900

Superb barbotine planter signed De Bruyne Frères, manufacture of Fleurus (Belgium), dated from the 1900s. Decorated in the Art Nouveau style, featuring reliefs of polychrome poppies on a deep green background, with a cream glazed interior. A typical piece of Belgian production from the Belle Époque, with beautiful volumes and a very shiny glaze. Marked with a green stamp "Faïencerie de Fleurus – De Bruyne Frères" and model number 4006 moulded under the base. Excellent overall condition, with a few minor signs of use, no cracks or breaks.
