Earthenware planter

Beautiful bowl (or small planter) in French barbotine from the Art Nouveau period. The paste is glazed in a deep mauve/plum monochrome, with a contrasting white interior. The curved body, with two rolled handles, is adorned in high relief with a fully bloomed white flower (type wild rose) surrounded by sculpted foliage in soft green and yellow tones, typical of the Art Nouveau vegetal style. The piece rests on a matching wavy base. A beautiful piece typical of the barbotine pottery of the Belle Époque. In very good condition.
