Large Art Nouveau cache-pot (late 19th - early 20th century) in majolica that highlights organic and floral shapes. Pattern: Decor of poppies and polychrome leaves. Pastel shades (powder pink, blue-mauve/lavender) for the flowers, contrasting with deep, shiny green leaves. The body of the pot features a gradient of cream and brown/rust colours. Height: 23 cm. Maximum diameter (including the flowers): 40 cm. The object is signed in relief on the base (mould number). It is highly likely to be a production from a French factory of the time (such as Onnaing or Sarreguemines). There are a few chips on the underside of the flowers (hidden by the relief). A superficial crack is visible on the neck (see detail photo).
