Original String shelf designed in 1949 by Nils Strinning in ash veneer. The system consists of two metal ladders in white and four shelves. This original String shelf is significantly better crafted and of higher quality than many wall shelves that came onto the market in the 50s/60s. Details. High-quality veneer. 2 cm thick shelf boards made of particleboard, which prevent sagging. Stable brackets on the shelf bottoms that compensate for slight unevenness. Stable ladders. Made in Sweden.
