Christmas Terrine with Holly Lid, Green Ceramic Serving Dish, Vintage

A beautiful vintage ceramic Christmas terrine in rich glossy green and warm ivory, with a wonderfully festive holly and berry design. The domed lid is finished with raised holly leaves and a small oval handle, while the matching dish has a softly scalloped rim and raised holly decoration around the sides. The deep green glaze has lovely variations in tone that give the piece a warm, traditional feel, perfect for a Christmas table, seasonal display or serving terrine. Marked Apulia with the number 0652 831 to the underside. It has the charming character of a well-loved vintage piece, with light signs of use including a little age-related marking to the ivory rim and base, shown in the photographs. Overall it remains a lovely decorative and practical Christmas piece with plenty of old-world charm. The pinecones, candle and greenery are not included.
