Wabi-sabi teapot in glazed ceramic

Handcrafted ceramic teapot with an organic, sculpted texture, adorned with characteristic raised bumps of the Japanese wabi-sabi style. The glaze combines ivory white, celadon green, and touches of burnt ochre, achieved through firing in a reducing atmosphere — each piece is thus absolutely unique. The upper handle made of twisted wire and woven bamboo, secured by ceramic hooks, is typical of Japanese Dobin teapots. The short, stout spout completes the ensemble with character.
