We offer this splendid 3-seater sofa, fully restored, signed by Isamu Kenmochi (1912-1971) for Tendō Mokkō 'Haco', circa 1966, made in Japan with a Brazilian rosewood frame. The sofa features a structure of veneered wood applied to a bent plywood frame, a technique similar to that used by Eames at the time. The seat has been completely refurbished with new black leather, and the frame has been lightly washed and French polished, resulting in a remarkable piece. Dimensions: Height: 67 cm (55 cm frame without cushions), Width: 183.5 cm, Depth: 75 cm, Seat height: 42 cm. Please note that measurements are taken at the widest points. The piece is vintage, and the leather shows a natural patina with cracks and creases; it is recommended to apply regular wax and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the hand-dyed leather.
