Magnificent antique soup tureen with its lid made of ironstone from the Longchamp pottery, model Daisy. A superb piece with a polychrome floral decoration in delicate shades of pink, mauve, red, yellow, and green, enhanced by fine arabesques and foliage. Its lovely slightly square shape, four small feet, ornate handles, and elegant lid give it a lot of charm. A refined piece, ideal for a beautiful antique table or to complement a collection service. Overall good condition for its age. There are a few small stains and signs of use, as well as minor chips in the glaze, particularly on the handles. These flaws remain relatively discreet and are visible in the photographs. It retains a very nice overall appearance.
