Framed painting bouquet of flowers

Oil on wood, painting representing a bouquet of flowers in his vase. Vibrant and warm colors that contrast beautifully with the beautiful wooden frame and golden plaster. Made a priori in the 1990s and signed "sittr" (to be identified). Condition: rather in good general condition, the frame has some scratches and cracks on the surface, tiny wear at the corners.
