HST painting "Composition with roses" 19th/20th century with frame

Painting (dating from the end of the 19th century, very beginning of the last century) made in oil on canvas mounted representing a composition with roses. Good condition, note a small notch, visible on photos. May be signed but without certainty so much it is difficult to read... The frame, of more recent manufacture, some wear, is offered with.
