Typewriter Hammond Multiplex USA 1919

Rare! Portable american hammond multiplex machine from 1919 with its original wooden transport box (a little damaged on top) Serial number r 223 632. First semi-visible typewriter, 3 rows of keys and qwerty keyboard (american) with characters on interchangeable circular segments (there are 2 / see photo), attached to the center wheel with 3 letter heights. A hammer hits the paper from behind and presses it against the ink ribbon, facing the chosen character. The paper wraps in the wire mesh drum. Screwed on an oak panel. Sold as is. Does not work, however could be restored.
