In April 1950, tired of not finding any light suitable to his mechanic activities, Jean Louis Domecq designed and created the Jielde (JLD in French). Simple, robust and articulated to be adapted to any work station, the Jielde can twist, bend and turn at many joints – all without moving the base or affecting the wiring. Still in production, the Jielde is a masterpiece of ingenuity and elegance.
