Stoneware with original wooden lid

Antique large jar old buff beige grey sandstone glossy with its an original hand turned wooden lid. The end of the 19 th century. Very good condition, note normal wear due to time "vintage" items are not new, they have been 1000 lives and they have a history. These items may show signs of wear or use. It's this patina that makes them so valuable and whereby we recognize their seniority.
