Description
Rare little ceramic plate of the 50s. From the studio of marie-madeleine jolly (1914 - 1963) "artist who would have introduced to ceramics to jean cocteau in villefranche sur mer from 1957. Marie-madeleine jolly signed "le triskel" when her ceramic factory was installed in brittany. Later, in villefranche sur mer, after his meeting with jean cocteau. She will sign with her name." This plate would therefore be from before 1957. In excellent condition: only one mini lacks less than 1cm below visible in photo. Sublime colors: white, pale pink slightly coral, green and celadon. Diameter: 17cm.
