The tenera series was designed in the late 1950s by nils thorsson (1898-1975) for aluminia, whose name disappeared in 1969 to make way for royal copenhagen. The sets in this series were designed by other artists. Thus this round dish with earthenware handle, whose decoration is due to the swedish artist marianne johnson. It is marked under the base 420 for the decor created by marianne johnson and 3122 for the form created by nils thorsson in 1962. It is signed under the initials of marianne johnson. The small bar under the "g" in copenhagen indicates that it was produced between 1969 and 1973.
