Rhodaceram flamed cloud sandstone candle holder

Very pretty flamed ceramic candle holder in soft and trendy pastel colors, blue, gray, caramel on an off-white base. It is a creation of the rhodaceram workshop (1957 - 1987) in Saint-uze in the Drôme which dates from the 60s or 70s. Below, we find the rhodaceram stamp as well as the initials, "br" it seems to me. Ceramics with this type of decoration were then sold under the name “cloud stoneware”. This one has a very pretty shape, delicate with its very round grip ring, its slightly curved and very stable base. There is an orifice in the base, I don't know exactly what this could be used for, perhaps to "empty" the wax which would have flowed into the candle holder (by lightly heating the whole thing to make it liquid?), what Anyway, it would be very useful if we wanted to transform this candle holder into a pretty little lamp. This candle holder is in perfect condition, no defects to report. It measures 14.5cm in height, 13.5cm in diameter at the base, the mouthpiece has an internal diameter of 2.8cm at the top then tapers to a diameter of approximately 1.5cm at the barrel level.
