Landscape on the edge of a wooded pond with a small character on the left bank, a boat on the water in the foreground with a second character. A few houses in the background. This old painting is in good condition, some missing parts and old tears repaired. Canvas reinforced during the restoration. It was restored in 1955 as evidenced by the text left by the restorer on the back of the work: "this painting was repaired by r. Dardolet in March 1955.
