Vintage white tablecloth with lilacs, monogrammed GSS

Very pretty lilac damask decoration for this 19th century creamy white tablecloth, 1m60 by 2m40, with 3 large (10cm) and beautiful gss monograms, very nicely drawn and embroidered by hand in satin stitch, each decorated with a small bunch and leaf of grapes, in satin stitch and plumetis. A wide band of large bouquets of lilacs 20cm wide, between 2 narrower bands, one of volutes the other of stylized flowers - surround the central part, bouquets of lilacs scattered here and there, and the monograms. Wisely stored in a cupboard, in very good condition, it has crossed the centuries... Machine washable at 40, 60 and even 90. For a very large table, you can add a twin sister, available at the same price. The matching napkins (16 in total) will be online soon. A very nice set for a festive day!
