Louis XIV style commode in marquetry – In the manner of Hache

Beautiful chest of drawers made in the 20th century, in the Louis XIV style, based on a model by the famous cabinetmaker family Hache. It features intricate marquetry work with wood from different species, arranged in geometric reserves and contrasting panels on the front and various parts of the piece. It opens with three large drawers at the front and is adorned with antique-style bronze fittings, including drop handles and keyholes. The composition of the marquetry, the interplay of wood types, and the overall architecture of the piece reflect the spirit of the models developed by the Hache family.
