The plates are in good condition, no shortages, no cracks or shards. They served, and there are some slight spots on the bottom of some, visible in the photos. There are some marks on the edges, but they are not defects, which are simply manufacturing marks, the plates were held by claws to be enamelled, they come from the earthenware of salins, created in franche-comté in salins-les-bains in the 18th century after the revolution. The earthenware factory produced many models of domestic ceramics and coloured services for two centuries, and often distinguished itself by the quality of its products, as in 1925, at the international exhibition of the arts-decoratives where it received a gold medal. They are all marked on the back of the stamp of the black ink factory. This is the service "menton" in yellow and black version, great success of the 50s.
