Green onyx wall stoup

Magnificent old font 1870-1920, green onyx plate on a gilded brass background, at the front a large medallion in silver metal relief (unknown nature but perhaps silver plated copper) depicting the virgin in profile and haloed, window shape, surrounded by lilies, below inscription "sancta maria" letters and stems of the lilies as well as bottom of the gilded metal frame. Small font in the shape of a silver flower bell with golden petal rim and tail, original. 21cm high by 10.5cm wide, about 4cm deep with the font. Very good general condition, no shine or crack of the stone, the metal is relatively clean and shiny but has some small traces of black oxidation on the edges of the flowers in particular, the font itself is a little darker and the interior is a little oxidized but it remains discreet. The brass plate is in good condition but has stains, it is at the back so not annoying. Finally, some small marks of time, superficial scratches relatively little visible on the metal and stone. Medallion signed "s.kinsburger" "hf" or "af" sylvain kinsburger. Very nice piece unusual, onyx is of very good quality, translucent and green, the contrast between stone and metal is very pleasing to the eye. About 1.2kg.
