Description
Magnificent pair of porcelain vases from the lunéville factory, dating from the late nineteenth century. The vases are cylindrical in shape. They are richly decorated with art nouveau motifs of flowers and stylized foliage, in relief and gilding, on a background of a deep blue, called sèvres blue. This pair of vase is a beautiful piece of decorative art, although its glaze has some bubbles that burst during firing. The burst bubbles created small craters in the glaze, which can be seen up close. However, this does not affect the overall aesthetics of the vase, which remains a fine example of french art nouveau. They will be an elegant and refined addition to any decorative art collection or a centerpiece in any room of your home. The vases are 26 cm high and 11.5 cm wide. Do not miss the opportunity to acquire these exceptional vases from the lunéville factory, witnesses of the excellence of art nouveau in france.
