This elongated rectangular dish made of glazed terracotta is captivating due to the richness of its naturalistic decoration: two intertwining vines laden with fruit — purple and yellow grapes, a golden pear, cherries — painted with vibrant liveliness on a cracked pearlescent white background, typical of artisanal ceramics from the 60s and 70s. The contrast between the raw orange terracotta on the outside and the glossy white glaze on the inside is particularly successful. The relief of the partitions between the colours showcases a meticulous cloisonné ceramic technique. The back features a central groove, allowing for wall hanging or flat placement.
