Table lamp with a hand-painted ceramic ball base. The design depicts a Bedouin caravan in the desert, in layers of sandy colors separated by gold. Variations in hue and texture are achieved with the addition of palm trees. Signed on the base Françoise Bertin and dated 2011. Beautiful brown velvet lampshade inlaid with small gold dots. The lamp is in good condition overall; please see the photos.
