Small pitcher with Denbac stopper from the Art Nouveau period

I am selling this enameled stoneware pitcher created by the ceramist rené denert (1872-1937), active in vierzon from 1908. He markets his productions under the denbac brand, particularly prolix during the art nouveau period (around 1900). Under its base, the pitcher bears the stamp “denbac” and is numbered 124 m. It is distinguished by its shades of blue and beige, obtained by superimposed drips of enamels, which crystallize in places. These colored accords and the alternation of matte and satin glaze make it a characteristic production of the beginning of the last century, fond of flamed stoneware with shapes inspired by nature. It is a beautiful object with elegant and fluid lines inspired by nature, as shown by the very fine design of the handle, comparable to a plant. Rarely, it has retained its original cap, which resembles a leaf. An original and unique gift to give (to you), which will seduce with its timeless character and elegance! There are no glaze jumps, cooking bubbles or defects to report. The glaze is homogeneous and without roughness. The pitcher was recently cleaned, all you have to do is place it at home!
