Description
Here is a perignem dish in perfect condition. It is made of glazed ceramic with oxidation firing and adorned with a beautiful combination of colors and patterns. The perignem ceramic workshop (i.e. By fire) in beernem, belgium, was the basis of modern flemish ceramics that flourished in the 50s and 60s. The studio was founded by ceramic artists rogier and laurent vandeweghe. This dish from this famous place of creation measures 25.5 cm in length by 17 cm in width (for about 2 cm in height) and weighs about 450 grams. Vintage object signed sublime with brutalist decoration, ethnic, design, etc.
