Tolix dining table, sheet metal and glass, 1950s

Tolix dining table by Xavier Pauchard made in the 50s. Black lacquered sheet metal table belt and chrome sheet metal legs. Large beveled glass top 160x100cm (a small chip in one corner, see close-up photo). Ideal table dimensions for 6 people. Numerous traces of use and oxidation which give it a crazy juice! Timeless design with its compass base and its modern glass slab which reveals the skeleton of the table. Without a doubt the most beautiful Tolix table I have ever seen.
