Poster Georges Braque Last Messages Galerie Maeght Paris 1967

A discreet man, not very keen on public relations, braque was an intellectual keen on music and poetry, friend in particular of erik satie, rené char and alberto giacometti. He died on august 31, 1963 in paris. A national funeral was held in his honor, during which andré malraux gave a speech. Poster in very good condition, small defects on the exterior, see photo.
