Asian Table Lamp in Brass and Porcelain, India, 1970s

This exotically styled table lamp originates from India in the 1970s and is a fascinating example of decorative art that combines traditional craftsmanship with the function of a light fixture. The dominant feature is the richly decorated figural body made of light porcelain, which is complemented by an elaborate brass element that gives the lamp an oriental touch and appropriate majesty. Thanks to its figural design, it functions not only as a light source but also as a striking artistic object that brings the atmosphere of distant cultures into an interior. The fixture has undergone a process of professional restoration, which included complete new electrification. This technical intervention ensured that the lamp is fully functional and safe for contemporary use, while the aesthetic integrity of the original work was maximally preserved. Thanks to this maintenance, the lamp is ready for immediate integration into a modern home, where it can serve as an original and reliable design accessory. Given its artistic value, exotic origin, and careful restoration, this table lamp holds undoubted collector value. For lovers of unconventional design and collectors of figural light fixtures, it represents a unique solitaire that functions as an unmissable, visually rich element in an interior. Investing in this piece is not only a way to obtain high-quality lighting but primarily a means of acquiring an authentic artistic artifact that retains its prestige due to its uniqueness and craftsmanship.
