Vintage seaside watercolor

Superb watercolor on vintage paper in a marine theme, seaside, mid-twentieth century era. In good condition despite the two upper corners slightly damaged but which do not hinder the overall aesthetic of the work (see photos). Painted on both sides, it represents on the most accomplished face a view of the seaside with its sailboats, in yellow and purple tones. Beautiful application of colors responding nicely, especially on rocks, sails of boats and clouds. On the back, a landscape sketch with an ancient village and its bell tower, all highlighted by a bridge in greener tones. This navy will bring an iodized breath to your interior.
