Pair of small vintage candlesticks in patinated brass Scandinavian style with square feet - 1970s

This style of candlesticks is quite frequently found with round feet but they are quite rare with square feet scandinavian style. These two examples are composed of scalloped feet with conical central barrels resting on two beaded terraces. The chiseled binets are placed on a square beaded cup. They will easily find their place, by their size, on a console, a desk or any other place with a reduced surface. We can date them from the 1970s or even 1980s. The material used (as often during this period) is bronze patinated brass. Binets can hold candles 2 cm in diameter. They are in excellent condition, free of any damage or accident, with a pretty pretty patina. Careful, tracked and insured mailing.
