Silver serving tray

This is a large rectangular serving tray with rounded corners, measuring 61 × 49 cm. It features a continuous gadrooned border all around, which is very characteristic, as well as two simple-shaped side handles, also adorned with the same gadrooned motif. The handles are fixed on the short sides. The surface is flat, mirror-polished, without any engraving or visible monogram. The style is classic and timeless, typical of French or Anglo-Saxon production from the late 19th century to the mid-20th century (Art Deco period or just before/after).
