Small marquetry desk stamped mercier frère. Details: 4 drawers on the left with a central drawer and footrest bar. In good used condition with some signs of wear from time. History: Mercier frères décoration is a former decoration, upholstery and furniture manufacturer company, located at 100, faubourg saint-antoine, in paris. Created in 1828 by claude mercier, it closed in 1985. Specializing in period furniture, it supplied many european and oriental courts.
