Four rare warm brown/Bordeaux red bar stools designed by Tito Angoli, manufactured by Matteo Grassi in the 1970s. A unique set of postmodern leather stools. This set is rarely found in this color. The metal frame is completely covered with stitched leather. A truly sleek and streamlined modern Italian design. The stools are comfortable to sit on and have a beautifully worn seat surface and legs (see photos), showing that the stools have patina, scratches and other signs of use. This gives them charm and liveliness, while still being sleek and modern. There is no loose stitching, the stools are and feel sturdy (they could use a cap or foot/felt pad), and the color is still beautiful. The stools are over 40 years old and bring their own history of use with them. Height 61 cm Width 39 cm Depth 39 cm Seat height 61 cm
