Czech original armchair TON, type 6950, 1960s, yellow, restored

Armchair designed by j. Smidek. Produced in the 60s in the czechoslovakian ton factory - one of the oldest manufacturers of bentwood furniture in the world. Phenomenal and very comfortable at the same time. He was a very extravagant project like the 1960s. This armchair has undergone a complete renovation. It consisted of removing the old material, sponges, belts and insects. Then the wooden frame was cleaned, secured against the passage of time and painted again. The next step was to pull new straps, put on a sponge and a sheep. The culmination of the renovation was the covering with a beautiful material with stain resistant properties.
