This beautiful vintage armchair is a fine example of Dutch seating furniture design from the Mid Century Modern period. The warm teak, the characteristically shaped armrests, and the elegantly lined backrest give the design its unique character, where comfort and a well-arranged play of lines come together naturally. The frame is made of solid teak, with a warm wood grain and a nice balance between robustness and refinement. The curved armrests elegantly flow into the frame, while the slender, tapered legs give the whole a light character. This Dutch factory armchair has been completely restored and is in excellent condition again. Both the filling and the upholstery have been fully renewed. For the upholstery, a first-class furniture fabric in dark green called Odense has been chosen. The fabric has a beautiful, timeless bouclé effect that gives the armchair extra depth and character, without overshadowing the original design. The combination of warm teak with the deep green tint ensures a stylish appearance that easily combines with various interior styles.
