Danish side table / Pedestal with finely carved legs, early 20th century

Elegant and decadent walnut side table. Finely handcrafted in the early 20th century by a Danish cabinetmaker. The overall impression is good. This beautiful decorative side table will complement many interior styles, including modern, Scandinavian, or Art Deco decor. Baroque furniture shared certain characteristics with other artistic mediums of this period, the most distinctive being the elaborate ornamentation. The furniture featured many details, but never excessive.
