Gimson & Slater "Rock 'n Rest" lounge chair

Vintage relax armchair rock 'n rest produced by gimson & slater in the 1960s. Designed by the norwegian design team rolf rastad & adolf relling. The organically shaped armchair has a solid teak wooden frame with a fabric seat. The armchair is adjustable with a lever, when you are in the chair you can use your weight to bring the chair into the desired position and lock it. The chair is in good vintage condition, the fabric is intact but once reupholstered (unprofessionally), the frame and mechanism are in good condition.
