Old console

Impressive console in exotic wood, of very fine quality, custom-made in the 1960s. Very original and substantial, it recalls the Chippendale style. It opens with three belt drawers, one of which is a central compartmentalised drawer lined with green felt, practical for storing small items and mail. The piece is sound and stable. The drawers function correctly and retain their brass handles. There are some signs of use and slight scratches on the top, consistent with its age.
