Decorative dish in enamel earthenware with mark on the back

Decorative dish representing a bouquet in enamels. It looks like longwy but I don't know the stamp that's on the back. On the back there are two holes so that you can hang it. There are enamel defects on some flowers, they are not gaps but white enamel burrs. The enamel is cracked as often longwy earthenware. Good condition ( no breaks, no cracks); Maybe it belongs to another factory?.
