Blond bent wooden dining chairs with orginal blue upholstery. Fabric has some stains. Marked on the plastic cap at the bottom of the seat. Seat height 40 cm, seat depth 40 cm. Arne jacobsen was a danish architect and designer. He is remembered for his contribution to architectural functionalism. He was succesfull with his simple but effective chair designs. Jacobsen was admitted to the architecture school at the royal danish academy of fine arts. He have won the c. F. Hansen medal (1955) and the year after winning the "house of the future" award, arne jacobsen set up his own office.
